I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice enough with a view of the river, but it was a bit inconvenient to book two rooms due to family size, which made the prices a lot more expensive at the time we booked. The service was always very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice, but there were some issues with special requests being handled due to being too busy. The location was further from the old town than anticipated, about a 10-15 minute walk, but overlooking the river, which was nice. The dining experience was good overall, with plenty of choice, but the restaurant was on the pricier side. The hotel could use some upgrading in certain areas.
